PROVINCIAL MEETING OF OPP, LA UNION

The above pictures show most of the attendees of the monthly meeting of the Prosecutors and Staff of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of La Union, Philippines having their lunch after the meeting on October 26, 2007 at the Aquarium Resort, Bani, Rosario, La Union. The meeting was presided by the newly appointed  Provincial Prosecutor DANILO C. BUMACOD. City Prosecutor Gloria D. Catbagan with some City Prosecutors of San Fernando City, La Union graced the affair.

Rank and file employees of the La Union Provincial Prosecutor’s Office had their meeting with Prosecutor Bumacod at the same venue.  Topics such as ways to improve the services rendered by the Office to the public were discussed. 

The affair hosted by the Agoo Branch Office, Agoo, La Union, Philippines was well attended .

The next monthly meeting will be hosted by the Bauang Branch Office, Bauang, La Union during the last Thursday of November.

REGIONAL STAFF MEETING

The Office of the Regional State Prosecutor 1 headed by its Regional Head, Regional State Prosecutor NONNATUS CAESAR ROJAS had conducted its Regional Staff Meeting las October 11, 2007.  The City Prosecutor’s Office of Dagupan City headed by the City Prosecutor Pelagio hosted the event at the Villa Michelle Guillerma in Dagupan City.

The event was well attended by Provincial and City Prosecutors within Region 1. Regional, Provincial, and City Staff members were tagged along by their respective bosses.  The meeting was a venue to announce new appoitments, tackle work related issues, and to discuss how to improve the job and responsibilities of Prosecutors. Announcement of good news within the Department was well applauded.

After the meeting, the host treated the attendees with a sumptous lunch.

 Announcement for the next RSM was held in abeyance pending the application of takers. Any one over there?!
