PROVINCIAL MEETING OF OPP, LA UNION

The above pictures show most of the attendees of the monthly meeting of the Prosecutors and Staff of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of La Union, Philippines having their lunch after the meeting on October 26, 2007 at the Aquarium Resort, Bani, Rosario, La Union. The meeting was presided by the newly appointed  Provincial Prosecutor DANILO C. BUMACOD. City Prosecutor Gloria D. Catbagan with some City Prosecutors of San Fernando City, La Union graced the affair.

Rank and file employees of the La Union Provincial Prosecutor’s Office had their meeting with Prosecutor Bumacod at the same venue.  Topics such as ways to improve the services rendered by the Office to the public were discussed. 

The affair hosted by the Agoo Branch Office, Agoo, La Union, Philippines was well attended .

The next monthly meeting will be hosted by the Bauang Branch Office, Bauang, La Union during the last Thursday of November.

MONTHLY MEETING OF OPP, LA UNION

The Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of La Union headed by Provincial Prosecutor DANILO C. BUMACOD  conducts its regular monthly meeting on October 26, 2007.  The Agoo Branch Office hosts the affair at the Aquarium Resort located at Rosario, La Union. It is a whole day affair from 9:00 am.

The meeting which is first under the newly appointed  Provincial Prosecutor will deal on issues affecting the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office.  The Assistant Prosecutors and the staff will expect avalanche of Office Orders from the Office’s head to outline his vision to improve the services. After the meeting proper, there will be socialization among and between the personnel of the Office and their guest.

Regional State Prosecutor NONNATUS CAESAR ROJAS will grace the affair.

The Legalhawk’s Weblog is a site where my fellow prosecutors in the Philippines will be able to get news about the Prosecution Service in this part of the world, information about what is happening in the prosecution service, recent updates to enhance the prosecutory services of the members of the National Prosecution Service and to upgrade legal knowhow to improve one’s work in the Department of Justice.

Researched laws and jurisprudence will be posted to this site from time to time.  Legal Querries will be forwarded to legal experts and will be answered through this blog site. Opinions can be freely expresed by those who may want to do so.  It is required, however, that authors of comments or views to published articles or news should properly identified themselves.  Forms are to be filled up properly.

 It is also the objective of the Editor of this site that permalinks to other legal sites will be established through this blog.  Research for fellow prosecutors will just be a click away.

It must be emphasized that this is not the official blog site of the National Prosecution Service.  The views expressed herein are personal to the person/s posting them.  The Editor has the prerogative, however, to deny the posting of any derogatory views which will not encourage camaraderie within the Department, but instead sow dissention.
