Legalhawk is owned by one of the many members of the National Prosecution Service. It is a venue for information, news, legal opinions and a forum for friendly discussion. The dream of its Editor is to use the present techology of information to bring closer the comrades in the profession.  Motivated by the attitude of sharing, caring, teaching, learning and implementing what had been learned, Legalhawk wishes to   cultivate these in the heart and minds of his brethren in the legal profession.

The Editor does not, however, claim to be an expert in this field. He is just a learner just like any of you out there.  He believes, however, that any topic, proposition, or issue can be refined by friendly discussion, inputting of ideas and grinding the issues by thorough and friendly discussion.
